Job Roles and Responsibilities

Casework & Counselling

• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakesto identify needs, strengths, and risks and make necessary referrals for clients.

Support Programme & Workshops

Research & Practice

• Contribute to quality practice and professional matters in agency.
• Engage in research to evaluate activities and identify service gaps.
• Facilitate internal training for team / service point

Networking

• Support networking and advocacy sessions with partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Master Degree in Counselling or Bachelor Degree in Social Work (preferably with a recognised certification in Counselling)
• At least 5 years of relevant casework / counselling experience in counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children, and have experience in conducting training and workshop
• Preferably accredited member of SASW or clinical member of SAC
• Will need to work half Saturday (Tues - Fri : 8.30 am - 6 pm and Sat : 1.30-6.30 pm)

Corporate Compliance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, to oversee and ensure APAC compliance with Sustainability (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations regionally, including responsibility for testing and reporting of applicable laws, rules, regulatory guidance, and internal policy requirements. The ESG Compliance Officer will work with a global team, cross functionally, to monitor and keep pace with regulatory obligations, develop frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory obligations and the firm’s sustainability strategy as well as provide oversight of the first line of defense ESG related activities. Key responsibilities:
As ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, you will:

• Support the development of a firm wide ESG compliance program, accounting for APAC ESG regulatory requirements, and manage the execution of monitoring and testing activities while providing insights on proportionate risk mitigation approaches in the implementation of ESG requirements.
