As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live streaming to sell Anaya range of products
• Engage audience by demonstrating products and educating on product benefits
• Connect with the audience by responding to questions and comments
• Work with the marketing team on the promotional strategies for each livestream
• Monitor viewer engagement and sales metrics after each stream to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in product training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of the Anaya product range
• Work with the team to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with speaking on camera and livestreaming
• Previous experience in livestream hosting, public speaking, or sales is preferable.
• Good verbal communication and selling skills
• Must be able to commit to 10 hours of work per week
• English speaking is preferred. Dialects or other languages are a bonus.
• Passion for natural product, health and wellness
• Ability to work independently

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary.

Research Assistant/Project Officer is expected to plan, organize and implement research projects, in collaboration with principal investigators. The specific roles include project coordination, liaison with community collaborators, literature review, supporting data collection and research implementation, data transcription and data analysis, compile findings and drafting of research reports, as well as co-author academic journal publications with project principal investigators.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Implementation
