The IT Manager/Senior Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure. · Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and end-user devices.

· Manage and enhance network security measures, including firewalls, to safeguard company data and systems.

· Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems to meet business needs.

5. Cloud-Based/SaaS Solutions:

· Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud-based and SaaS solutions to enhance business processes and scalability.

· Work with cross-functional teams to migrate and optimize applications and services in the cloud.

6. Office 365 and Internet Access:

· Manage and optimize Office 365 services, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

· Oversee Internet access and other security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.

7. Project Management:

· Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, including those related to cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GST implications relevant to their business operations and transactions across various industries, including the financial sector.
• Assist clients with GST registration, exemption applications, and guidance on multiple GST schemes.

Job scope:
