RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of our community outreach team, also known as Community Resource, Engagement & Support Team (CREST), focusing on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, early recognition of at-risk individuals, providing emotional support to individuals and their caregivers and link individuals to relevant health and social care services where necessary.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for devising positioning and strategy for the social media platform, aligning with brand philosophy and business goals to set reasonable growth plans for the platform's account matrix. Accountable for the growth, scale, and ecosystem construction of the matrix, and oversee daily account operations.
• Build and manage the platform operation team, ensuring a data-driven approach. Lead the team to execute efficiently and achieve targets.
• Conduct in-depth research on overseas market preferences and social media's distribution mechanism to produce videos that align with platform and user preferences, creating viral content to drive internal traffic.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the entertainment/content industry, prefer candidates with experience in team/business setup and management, international business, or MCN operations. Experience in content operations or overseas social media operations are preferred.
• Familiarity with overseas short video platform distribution mechanisms, with strong insight into content creation and key market trends. Proven experience in creating viral content is an advantage.

Casework and Counselling: To offer casework and counseling services to residents and their families served by Melrose Home @ Children’s Aid Society

• To identify and assess risks inherent in cases by integrating a range of information.

• To ensure the effective and efficient implementation of care plans within the Home's daily operations and/or programme activities.

Home Management:

• To work with the residential care team to ensure that the activities and programmes in the Home are guided by the mission and values of CAS, are trauma-informed, and meet and/or exceed MSF’s standards of care as well as international best practices for residential care.

• Liaise with the residents' schools and convey information about academic requirements to the care staff.
