• Create visually appealing graphics for online product listings, marketing materials, and social media posts.
• Create visually compelling visual merchandising to increase foot traffic into department and retail stores
• Create graphic design for email campaigns
• Create graphic design for retail store displays, posters and other offline collaterals

Video Editing

• Edit video content for promotional campaigns, tutorials, and social media.
• Assist in shooting and producing video content as needed.

Motion Graphics

• Develop simple motion graphics for online advertising and social media engagement.
• Support the team in brainstorming and executing creative concepts for video and animated content.

Social Media Management

• Assist in brainstorming and creation of monthly social media content, including both graphic and video content.
• Assist in maintaining and updating content across official social media platforms.
• Help analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

Marketing Support

• Design and optimize visuals for our online marketplace.
• Ensure all graphics meet platform specifications and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics principles.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, including graphics, video edits, and any motion graphics.

• Assist the Senior Producer in video and social media production.
• Creative Ideas/Proposal for video projects and pitches
• Liaise with clients during projects
• Manage video shoots and video crew
• Coordinates in all areas of Pre-production, Production, Post-production till completion of Video projects and Social Media content generation.
• Coordinate and assist in execution of social media campaigns
• Prepare production schedules and call sheets
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must have the passion and drive to be in the Video and Broadcast Industry.
