RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Work Associate (SWA) works in varied practice contexts where he/she offers support in welfare, case co-ordination and renders supportive counselling to the community. SWA works with Social Workers to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide case supervision, training and mentoring to the new and current social workers, caseworkers and interns
• Oversee and ensure the delivery of quality therapeutic programs to residents and families
• Provide Casework and Counselling to teenage in a Residential setting
• Liaise, collaborate with, and provide information to external partners and stakeholders, such as Subordinate Courts, MSF, Schools, Employers and other Voluntary Welfare Organizations whom the resident and family may be in contact with
