You will help to identify, develop, be trained and perform the straightforward interviewing and assessment of patients for financial assistance. You will help in screening patients to escalate to Medical Social Workers (MSW) for intensive case management and counselling. • Facilitate financial/care application process – e.g. ATF, MAF, MF, HCA, downgrading
• Follow up with the respective Doctors/Nurses/Allied Health Professionals for completion of the forms required
