Required
- 7 years IT experience in software development or architecture.
- Over 4+ years of experience in Flowable or any other Java based BPM tools (Flowable/Camunda/Activiti)
- Knowledge of Flowable Open-source Modeler, Admin & IDM.
- Experience in head-less BPM implementation.
- Experience in Process design & Rule Configuration
- Configure process routing and Business Object configuration.
- Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate.
- Experience in Java, J2EE Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Design,
- Experience with Java technologies like Hibernate, Spring Framework.
- Experience with Agile software development life cycle
Nice to have
- Real life experience with Continuous Delivery principles
- Good Knowledge of Container management & related tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiar with Microservices design
- Understanding of the Design Patterns, Architectural Blueprints, UML and Application Design
- Hands on experience on Kubernetes, containerization
- Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture.
Soft skills
- Ready to learn new Technology.
- Experienced in growing team members and has a big interest in future products for Digital Business Automation
- Very good at communication in English both written and verbal
