The Sr. Principal Wireless Architect in the office of the CTO will be responsible for providing architectural

test, optimization and assurance solutions. Candidate will join a world class, globally diverse team working

on next generation 5G test, measurement, optimization and assurance solutions. This role will also provide

industry thought leadership to customers and industry standards bodies, e.g. 3GPP RAN and O-RAN

Alliance.

Major Responsibilities

Be a technical leader on in-depth RF, Wireless, and RAN topics, provide technical guidance for next

generation products and solutions, working closely with related architecture, design, engineering and

deployments teams.

• Lead 3GPP RAN or O-RAN Alliance standards participation and contribution
• Lead prototype and proof-of-concept development on forward-looking products and solutions internally or in partnership with lead customers, including AI/ML, Quantum, and Photonics
