Job Description
This role is responsible for providing full support and accountability to the Innovation Center in the area of software development, to jointly develop innovative solutions for the new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the prototype development of the team’s projects including front-end and back-end, and assist the development and deployment tasks of products.
• Document software development, plan and accompany implementation, integration and testing of a software framework, flow or package.
• Complete code writing efficiently and with high quality according to work arrangements, and can effectively cooperate with algorithm developers to complete related tasks.
• Optimize the overall framework design and basic component development of prototypes.
• Work with other teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, document data and commercial requirements, and support as source of data insights.
• Take on projects and/or other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Department Head.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology, with at least 3 years of experience in front-end and back-end development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and other front-end technologies.
• Proficient in front-end related frameworks such as React and FastAPI.
• Proficient in Redis, SQL, ElasticSearch and familiar with Python.
• Familiar with big data techniques and blockchain applications.
• Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and tools.
• Passionate about new technologies and highly motivated.
• Have good product awareness and the ability to work smoothly in teams.
• Able to write code independently with minimum reference to open source code resources.
• A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the system's architecture, ensuring it aligns with the project's objectives and business goals.
• Develop high-level and detailed system architecture and design documents, including component diagrams, data models, and technology stacks.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, including various consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and relevant blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot).
• Stay up-to-date with Web3.0 technologies, including decentralized identity, decentralized storage, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other relevant Web3.0 components.
• Implement Web3.0 principles into the system architecture, fostering interoperability, decentralization, and user sovereignty.
• Ensure the system architecture incorporates robust security measures, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, especially in handling sensitive user data and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to drive the development process, ensuring the architectural vision is implemented effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT System Architect, with a track record of designing and implementing complex systems, preferably in the blockchain or Web3.0 space.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge on cloud and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools.
• Proficiency in Web3.0 concepts and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
