The Cybersecurity Architect and Technical Consultant is a pre and post sales technical role in the Cybersecurity Services Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping of prospective clients’ requirements and provisioning new client services into our suite of cybersecurity services, including but not limited to managed security services, VAPT, cybersecurity training, and other cybersecurity services served out from cutting edge new technologies. You will identify, evaluate, design, architect, and provide appropriate technical solutions both for the clients and internally for the business unit. As part of your responsibilities, you will identify and spearhead new technology initiatives and offerings, lead and manage the new initiatives to support the growth of the business, strategise and coordinate security efforts.

Externally, you will front existing customer as the trusted security consultant and advisor, and propose suitable services and solutions that may comprise existing offerings or other technologies to prospect and address the customer needs, and build a road map for the customer to on-board to our services.

You will work closely with the existing cybersecurity services consultants, pre-sales, service delivery managers and collaborate across different functional teams.

· Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract and are in accordance with the Authority’s and/or Agencies requirements.

· Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples including the civil & structural and coordinated combined services model (CCSM) by the contractors and assist to review them on behalf of the LC and LC’s assistant to ensure compliance with the design intent and

specifications.

· Raise Request for Variation Order or In-Principle Approval to Client immediately upon occurrence of change.

· Coordinate with Project Manager (PMgr) on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.

· Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.

· Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.

· Work closely with Entire Site team including the Resident Engineer (RE) on the day-to-day site operations.

· Attend all coordination meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings and report to LC weekly.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years of development management experience in delivering new software products (not minor enhancement / maintenance)
• Mastery of core Java, with demonstrated knowledge of key Java features such OOP, Concurrency/Threading, JVM internals, Performance tuning etc.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Core / Spring MVC / Spring Boot, demonstrated ability to customize/extend the default configuration/implementation
• In-depth knowledge of RDBMS and SQL. Ability to design logical data model, and physical ER. Familiar with cluster set up / design consideration. Ability to tune DB/SQL performance. Experience with NoSQL solutions
• Experience designing application in microservice-based / Cloud Native architecture
• Hands-on experience with common tools such as Redis, Kafka, ELK etc.
• Some frontend/mobile development experience preferred

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in software development (this includes the time for master’s & PhD Thesis) with proficiency in programming languages. For example: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, NodeJS.
• Preferably with 4 years exposure in the medical/ healthcare industry with knowledge on medical standards and regulations for example, ISO13485, EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR)
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and articulate assessment findings clearly and professionally.
