The Core Platform Software Engineer will:

• 5+ years of experience as a T24 and TPH Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ideally within a banking or financial services environment, with a deep understanding of core banking processes and functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for translating complex business requirements into effective T24 solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Should take full accountability of the deliverables and work with all the stakeholders (IT & Business) for a smooth implementation of the requirements
• Good collaboration with all the business and IT teams to ensure there is no ambiguity of requirements for implementation and support there after

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
• Responsible for technical design, ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key stakeholder to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with the Lead Technical consultant and stakeholder to optimize existing and develop new service catalog and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
• Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Min 5 - 8 years experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
• Hands on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow solution in client environment
• Solid understanding of best practises to be followed while configuration and integration of the ServiceNow or other IT workflow platform
• Have minimum ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design of overseas F&B App project including offline and online ordering.
• Communicate with product development and operation business teams across borders to promote product development, optimization and implementation.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, and continuously optimize the user experience and interface design of the product.
• In-depth understanding of user needs, propose and implement improvement plans.
• Have data sensitivity and be good at using data analysis tools to analyze user behavior and market demand.
• Continuously optimize product functions and user experience through data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with global teams and customers.
• Possess excellent copywriting skills, able to produce high-quality Chinese and English product documents and marketing materials.
• Develop and roll out implementable standard operating procedures (SOP) for SaaS services and store operations to ensure efficient operation of store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferrably in computer science, information technology, marketing or related fields.
• More than 5 years of product management experience with product management experience in overseas markets preferred.
• Possess work experience in F&B APP or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Past work experience in overseas brand catering design is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and user needs of catering APP. Ability to formulate effective product strategies.
• Familiar with product development processes and agile development methods with excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to use data analysis tools with solid data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
