Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs for new features for websites and software endpoints.
• Optimize existing user interface and website endpoint designs.
• Work directly with product owners and marketing teams to discuss ideas for implementation.
• Manage and test projects to ensure deliverability of outcomes.
• Design UI/UX for websites and applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
• Optimize designs for SEO and ensure they are responsive and accessible.
• Utilize flowcharts, diagrams, and algorithm tools for visual representation of user flows and system architectures.
• Assist in integrating third-party APIs to enhance functionality and user experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, or Balsamiq.
• Web Development: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and Python.
• E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with WooCommerce and WordPress.
• Version Control: Basic understanding of Git.
• SEO Best Practices: Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• API Integration: Basic experience with integrating third-party APIs.
• Flowcharts and Diagrams: Ability to use tools like Lucidchart or OmniGraffle.
• User Research: Basic ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field in reputable universities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX/UI design and web development.
• Basic experience with WooCommerce and WordPress.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and development projects.
