Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Adoption & Roadmap Creation: Leverage the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to design and implement migration and modernization strategies that align with customers' business goals.
• Solution Architecture: Architect end-to-end cloud solutions, ensuring technical viability, performance efficiency, security, reliability, and cost optimization. Focus on key infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows/Linux IaaS, Security, Networking) and application development/DevOps technologies (e.g., App Service, containers, serverless, cloud-native).
• Collaboration: Partner with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders to develop complex solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Design Sessions: Facilitate Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans that align with customers’ technical environments and business needs, ensuring a clear path to production deployment.
• Customer Advocacy: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customer IT decision-makers, guiding them through cloud adoption and empowering them to become cloud advocates within their organizations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Address technical challenges, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of Azure technologies in solving customer issues.
• Proof-of-Concepts: Use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concept solutions, accelerating production deployment timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud solution architecture, cloud migrations, or a related technical role.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in one or more of the following areas:Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP)
  Data Analytics, Security, Networking, or Cloud-Native Application Architecture
  DevOps & CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure Developer Services)
  Containers & Orchestration Systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with hybrid cloud networking and cloud-native security technologies.
• Tools & Frameworks: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Large-scale Application Portfolio Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise-scale application environments, including the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Business Acumen: Ability to clearly articulate the technical and business value of cloud services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate new network solutions beneficial to the bank, developing network architecture and design suitable for deployment into production environment.
• Leads as the subject matter expert, to design, plan and deploy the right functional technical solution accordance with the specification and service levels of business and/or system requirements.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions involving, but not limited to Routing & Switching, SD WAN, Firewalls, secure Internet Gateway, LAN/WLAN, SASE and VPNs technologies.
• Work with server and application teams in troubleshooting to identify root cause and for the completion of network security initiatives.
• Support major incidents or changes when there is escalation from operation team, working with the related stakeholders and takes corrective/preventive actions.
• Work with respective countries team members on the review of network architecture and design, troubleshooting, as well as to work on network and security infrastructure domain.
• Create and update technical standards and architecture specifications.
• Provide network architecture reviews, assessments and recommend remediation/enhancement to improve operational efficiency and compliant to existing IT policies and governance.
• Prepare and present technical documentations. Ensure that the technical settings comply with company policy and regulatory requirements and work with stakeholders to align infrastructure direction.
• Plan, communicate and coordinate with external vendors to ensure systems and applications are delivered in accordance with SLA.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or closely related field with 8+ years of total experience in Network Operations, Implementation and Design with min. 5+ years of experience in Solution Planning, Design, Architecture, and Implementation.
• Strong systems engineering skills with Network and Firewall architecture.
• Industrial certification: CCDE, CCIE (R&S or Security), CCNP or CCNSP, and ITIL.
• In-depth technical experience and proficiency in deploying network system(s) implementation for large enterprise and data center routing switching environments.
• Hands-on experience in implementation and setup of high-availability, multi-layer datacenter networks, Internet Gateway, VPN, ISE
• Experienced in Cisco Router and Switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst), advance IP routing and switching technologies, particularly BGP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, VRRP, VPC and VXLAN.
• Experienced in Firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Palo Alto), Load balancers (F5).
• Proficient in technical report writing and documentation.
• Knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) would be valuable.
• Prior working experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institution is an advantage. Knowledge of industry technology trends
