Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will engage with internal collaborators and customers and partners to develop technical account plan/strategy and drive sales engagements to technical closure. As a key member of the tech sales team, you will ensure success by capturing customer use cases and designing complex technical solutions on top of Informatica Data Management Cloud. You will educate customers and internal stakeholders on the Informatica value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and consumption in the cloud. Knowledge & Skills

Education/Experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and lead effective and intelligence-led 24x7 Cyber Security Operations function.

The Talent:

· 15-20 years of Cybersecurity experience

· Must have led large teams across geographies

· CEH certified

a) Evaluate current architecture and technology stack for the Authority’s

systems, which includes system design and recommend architectural

solutions to align with business goals, technical requirements and

implementation approaches, ensuring alignment with the Authority’s

objectives and Enterprise Architect (EA).

17. The Onshore Software Architect proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3

years of experience as a Software Architect or equivalent position and the

following experiences and qualifications:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information

Technology or equivalent would be preferred;

b) Relevant recognition and/or certification of his/her competency as an

Architect;

c) Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns;

d) Track record of design and implementing large scale systems;

e) Experience with on-premises, cloud or hybrid architectures;

RFQ SPECIFICATIONS

SKILLS:

• Expert level knowledge in implementation and maintenance of Cisco Routers and Switches of all series.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) would be preferred.
• 12 years of experience in Network Administration with 5 years of experience in Network architecture, with a focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Good knowledge in Cisco IOS
• Good knowledge in implementation and operations support of NAC (network access control)
• Good knowledge in Aruba Clear Pass / Cisco ISE
• Good knowledge in Wireless Network / Access Points / Controllers support and troubleshooting
• Expert level understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Provide Level-2 technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• CCNP certification
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, Packet Tracers and network analytics tools
• Good knowledge on Firewall Products like Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint
• Workplace is at customer premises and staff has to follow instituted Workplace securities
• Perform Problem resolution, escalation and/or closure of incident including problem analysis and identification of the source of the problem w.r.t Routing and Switching
• Perform configuration change activities
• Provide problem status to the Service Desk and/or update into the ticketing tool according to the Procedures Manual
• Work with customer's vendor to perform testing and preventative maintenance according to the schedule provided by the customer for the Network Equipment
• Perform periodic OS upgrade and Patching as and when required.
• 24X5 rotational shift onsite availability and 24X7 standby / remote support availability as and when needed for critical incidents.
• Perform Problem resolution, escalation and/or closure of incident including problem analysis and identification of the source of the problem
• Provide proactive incident reports for all Network related problems, faults, events within TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours
• Respond to all fault calls inclusive of emails and other forms of communications for Firewall related issues and problems reported
• Provide multi-vendor equipment support across a wide range of models and types of networking equipment
• Maintain the inventory of certificates and install/update/renew certificates as and when required.

YOUR ROLE:

The role of Pre-Sales Architect plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. This position requires extensive collaboration, bringing together domain experts to craft go-to-market strategies and technical expertise that are in harmony with our company's objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, risk, competitive landscape, opportunities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify market gaps and potential growth areas.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Sales Operations:

• Own and deliver on the overall go to market strategy.
• Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
• Understand customers’ needs and prepare solution-based proposals to them and address their technical pain point.
• Act as a single technical point of contact for our customers during the sales process.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
• Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Establish partnerships with technology vendors, financial institutions, and industry associations.
• Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking
• Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.

• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with project management
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage database solutions for storing and retrieving company information.
