Job Responsibilities and Duties:

-Develop a deep understanding of design specifications based on customer requirements, , organizational goals, and business strategies. Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project requirements and Company standards through the use of simulations/modelling to support design concept used.

-Develop design specification sheet based on Mechanical design and update as and when required and distribute to relevant Develop system architecture based on mechanical design, flow chart and other control system requirement specified by customer taking in to consideration of optimised design for manufacturing, cost, quality and safety.

-Initiate and carry out internal design reviews to share and explain the completed modules with other departments.

-Initiate and carry out design review with customer based on project schedule

-Revise design and documents based on both internal and external review

-Create wiring diagram for various control panels and filed wiring and approval from department manager

-Create Bill Of Materials (BOM) for various panels and sub panels based on design schedule given

-Create drawing release file and send out drawings for panel and field wiring quotation

-Send out standard part list for quotation based on BOM

-Receive quotation and make price comparison spreadsheet

-Raise PR and get department manager approval and send to Purchase department for negotiation and ordering.

-Prepare offline PLC/PC program for various panels based on the design requirements.

-Make necessary modifications needed, update design, drawings and get approval from department manager.

-Release revised drawings to wiring and assembly team

-Support panel and filed wiring team as and when necessary

Position Overview: Customer Success Engineer provides technical support and ensures the success of our client's post-implementation. He/she is to be highly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of Tunity’s product architecture, showcasing individual expertise in software and adept knowledge of its integration with hardware. Acting as the technical contact point for our clients, he/she ensures a seamless and cohesive experience of service support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Tunity's products, from software to hardware, to provide comprehensive support across our product and solution suite.

• Software Support: Provide expert software support, resolving issues swiftly at the root cause to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Maintenance Management: Implement and manage software maintenance processes, actively monitoring and analysing activities to identify improvement areas, and managing preventative maintenance schedules.

• Solution Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance of software and platform solutions, ensuring they are current, optimized, and operating effectively within the client's infrastructure.

• Hardware Liaison: Collaborate closely with the hardware team, addressing hardware-related concerns, and providing timely resolutions to clients.

• Client Communication: Work in tandem with Customer Success Specialists in client engagements and communications, such as guiding clients on resolution processes, conducting training, participating in and contributing to client meetings, etc.

• Documentation and Analysis: Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct regular system performance and cost analysis, and prepare reports that inform strategic decisions.

• Technical Assessments and Implementation: Lead in-depth technical reviews and strategically recommend solutions to address client change requests, ensuring optimal outcomes and seamless integration of modifications. Implement and perform coding of the approved solution.

Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.

· At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer

· Proficiency in back-end development using Entity Framework, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful Web API.

· Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 2+.

· Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Knowledge of Single sign-on (SSO) (e.g Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM) via SAML/OAuth is a plus.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Experience in Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System and SAP is a plus.
