· Strong hands-on experience: C# at least .Net Core, CSS, TypeScript(React) and Oracle DB

Responsibility:

Perform installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of endpoint hardware and images consisting of the following but not limited to: Operating System, Software/Applications,

• Drivers, upgrades, updates and hotfixes.

• Plan, implement and support Patch Management and Software Distribution services.

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS or Azure infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of applications.

• Deploy, configure, and manage AWS or Azure services such as EC2 instances, VPC S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, etc.

• Collaborate with development teams to architect and deploy cloud-native applications.

• Implement and maintain automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS or Azure infrastructure, applications, and connectivity.

• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for AWS or Azure resources.

• Provide administration of back-end infrastructure services with focus on PC Imaging.

• Support desktop and server related escalations pertaining to Workplace Management tools issues.

• Perform Quality Assurance testing for changes to endpoint devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information System.

• At least 5 years of experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Power Shell, Group Policy Objects and Workplace Management Tools (for e.g. HCLBig Fix, MS SCCM, Citrix VDI, Nexthink & etc).

• Extensive knowledge of PC Imaging Deployment, Patch Management, Software Distribution for desktop and server devices.

• Working experience with MSI technology, Application Packaging/Deployment processes and methodologies will be an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of custom actions, scripts, scenarios based solution and regressive troubleshooting in Windows Installer Technology.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure services and architecture.

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS, Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages.

• AWS, Azure certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.

Job Description:

• Identify and manage potential technology risks through risk assessment process.
• Perform risk monitoring including continuous assessments to monitor technology risk such as Risk Control Self-Assessment and Control Testing.
• Monitor the risk landscape and emerging threats to the company, understand the evolving risks and new technologies in managing such risks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience; preferably in Insurance / Financial industry, or with experience in IT audit.
• Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management, Cyber Hygiene, MAS Outsourcing and MAS Business Continuity Management requirement is preferred.
• Good understanding of industry-leading practices and control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
• Practitioner and holder of IT risk certification, such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC

• Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.

• Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address ALM business requirements.

• Plan, schedule and execute to deliverable objectives from initiation till successful implementation within agreed timelines.

• Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test IT deliverables.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Simulation Testing and Live verification to ensure system deliveries meet requirements objectives.

• Formulate a Roadmap for ALM Risk Systems that continually address existing and potential business needs.

• Provide functional support to business users and co-manage ALM Risk System production issues with technology partners.

Requirements
• Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or any other related quantitative discipline with about 1 to 5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis area

• Understanding and experience in the area of ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is preferred.

• Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage.

• Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams

and end Users and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions.

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage would be useful.

• Strong inter-personal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
