• As the Lead of DevSecOps, you will be accountable for all activities of the Cloud and CI/CD team business and serve as a technology advocate across the organization. This role requires continuous innovation and evolution of our solution offerings and execution strategy while remaining centered on the customer.
• To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of Cloud technology and CI/CD practices, especially in the Singapore Government context. You should be a cheerleader for cloud-centric approaches and an energetic partner engager, all aimed at upselling/cross-selling Activate's services/products and deepening customer relationships. You will lead a team of Cloud operation experts to deliver presales targets aligned with various Business Units through proposal development. You will ensure consistent execution with the right level of resources to address customer needs and accelerate their digital transformation through partner engagement.

What will you do?

Leadership and Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve security and operational objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to build the next gen DevSecOps team and ensure the staff has the skills and capabilities to meet development needs

Technical Expertise

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating security checks at every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS and Azure platforms.

Process Improvement

Collaboration and Communication

• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status of DevSecOps initiatives and their impact on the organization.

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitLab, AWS Code Pipeline, Azure Pipeline, Bamboo, and GitHub).
