• Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
• Monitor packaging materials inventory levels using software programs and initiating orders or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high. Organize Stock replenishment, follow FIFO/FEFO method.
• Monitoring and verification of raw materials on storage locations ensuring physical inventory tallies with system and at the correct storage location.
• Submitting of weekly inventory report to superior and investigate discrepancies and report on any stock adjustment required, including reason.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate warehouse operational needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Professional Certificate preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain
• At least 5 years of experience in shipping/ freight forwarding sector.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiar with SAP or other similar ERP software.

Job Description:

You will work with the development team to understand and transform customer technical requirements. You will also be participating in front-end (WEB UI) and back-end (script) development. Through this internship, you will also learn to design, develop and use APIs yourself. As an intern in the software team, you will be expected to participate in code review, testing and release management.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic students majoring in Computer Science/Engineering and other related field of study.

• Out-of-school experiences like winning programming contests, prior internships, open source contribution etc. will make your application stand out.

Skill Sets:

• Python3 with previous experiences in school or personal projects.

• Knowledge of Django, Flask or any other MVC framework and its best practices.

• Knowledge in using databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).

• Knowledge on APIs (REST) or gRPC.

• Knowledge of message queues and microservices is a plus.

• Knowledge of Docker is a plus.
