Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for selling our HR software solutions
• Identify key target markets, including industries or sectors that would benefit most from our payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing leads, and converting them into long-term customers.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Initiate outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Work on marketing, to leverage content, case studies, and other sales materials to attract potential clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Understand client needs and pain points regarding HR management, and present our software solutions as effective, tailored options.

Sales Closing & Negotiation:

• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Customer Onboarding & Retention:

• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure clients are set up for success with the software, including implementation and training.

• Stay in touch with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.

Reporting & Feedback:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
