Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure, deploy applications to the cloud, and oversee the management of the cloud environment to facilitate the Software as a Service (SaaS) model for platforms, applications, and services.

• Knowledgeable in deploying applications to Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) using open platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience in designing infrastructure for cloud applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices within an Agile software development methodology.
• Competence in working with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and deploying web servers (e.g., Apache).
• Advantageous to have an understanding of AR/VR concepts and proficiency in related development tools (e.g., Unity, OpenXR, AR.js).

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
• Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Handle the customer quality/customer satisfaction issues for global and major customers, which include monitoring field complaints, coordinating investigation and following up within the business to ensure appropriate closure in a timely fashion.
• Assume the focal role for investigating high failure rate customer issues, coordinating the use of different resources to investigate the customer issues.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment.
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system.
• Knowledge of International quality standards ISO.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.

Working closely with customers on assigned projects as a Software Implementation Lead and ensure end-end project delivery. Our ideal candidate will be quick to grasp new projects and solutions and pull together required resources. The Implementation Specialist will be expected to manage multiple projects at the same time without losing focus and quality. Expected to show great orientation to details, precision, and strong follow up to be a successful Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will be involved in every phase of our projects including initiation, design, implementation, acceptance testing, going live and project closure. Technical Skills and Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years prior Development/Support experience would be preferred.

• Development and/or implementation experience with .NET, C#, VB.NET, Webservices,

• Code deployment experience with Web Application Servers

• Deployment of applications on Microsoft IIS would be preferred.

• Knowledge / working and troubleshooting experience with DB systems like Oracle, MSSQL

• Support experience with windows servers

• Working experience on UNIX, LINUX systems will be added advantage

Specific Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Coordinate and manage Client’s implementation by monitoring deliverables and progress through continuous communication

• Document functional specification document and participate in requirement walk through sessions

• Act as a liaison between customer IT team and our development team and help the development team with relevant information about customer SIT/UAT/Production server architecture to help the development team proceed with development accordingly

• Deploy the code packages sent by the development team on the customer environment and complete all configuration based on the release notes/product guide documents

• Completing various setup, configuration, and activation tasks

• Expediting resolution to clients

• Perform testing on the package received from the development team, troubleshoot, solve configuration issues, coordinate to the

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Network Security operations.

• Responsible for installation/configuration/upgrade of security infrastructure (Firewalls).

• Prepare documentation for security technical standards, standard operational procedures, and hardening standards.

• Coordinate and implement appropriate technical security systems.

• Monitor, analyse, respond and resolve security incidents, conduct investigative procedures and implement corrective measures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or its equivalent.

• Knowledgeable in Network Security, Cyber Security in the operational environment.

• Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls

• Must have experience in Firewalls management and migrations of Firewalls.
