We are currently seeking a dedicated Fire Protection Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and installation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Fire Protection systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously plan and install M&E and Fire Protection systems.
• Review and ensure that M&E and Fire Protection work aligns with project specifications and meets safety standards.
• Identify and address technical or site-related issues, proposing effective solutions to the Project Director/Project Manager.
• Oversee the on-site progress of M&E and Fire Protection work to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor work for M&E and Fire Protection, keeping them on schedule.

• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants and any external parties like neighbouring contractors and utility companies.

We need Engineer experienced in Singapore for 2 years. Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments & threaded rod; install CMS, trunking, tray, ladder rack, confined space entry, small power, and lighting, terminating and gladding SWA.· Examined installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications, and provided technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution equipment and high voltage motors/generators Purchased and maintained office supply inventories, and always careful to adhere.

Prepare overall planning and programming works for on-going projects and jobs.

· Coordinate with client’s programmer to ensure smooth operation & planning

· Coordinate with construction team to prepare working programmes

· Prepare 4-week, 3-month, 6-month rolling programmes

· Submit daily, weekly and monthly progress updates and reports

· Coordinate with QS section on progress claims
