RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all monitoring system of the building management faciities are in good operating condition (error free) and feedback on all alarms and errors generated form BMS.
• Perform scheduling of facilities and building management services to facilitate events and arising requirement.
• Reporting and compilation of daily, feedback, building management facilities faults and activities.
• Operate the plant at the most efficient operating condition and ensure all abnormities are reported for corrective actions
• Validate all facilities & Building management maintenance work carried out by the contractors and ensure compliance to the prescribed standards
• Perform routine building management facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. Able to respond and take action in response to facilities crisis management activities including: power outages, fire alarms, ACMV outages.
• Analyse data and identify trends with facility issues to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
• Responds to BMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects M&E operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 activities to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WSH) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP) and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participates in the building management maintenance of all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.

• The Mixed-Signal IC (MEMS Interface) Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of capacitive and/or piezoelectric MEMS interface ASICs, including the required amplifiers, ADCs, filters and control logic, with characteristic high impedance inputs, ultra low power, low noise circuits etc .

Job Summary:

As a Senior Piping Engineer, he/she shall act as key person of the project as designated by Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer and performs the function inherent to this position. Responsible for the preparation of major piping layout, MTO sketch, and 3D CAD model review on piping system, equipment and structure, and interference detection. Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Your internship would revolve around real-world industry deployments taking us from a TRL of 7 to 9. You may be remunerated with a combination of salary and share options. As an SGInnovate partner company, we can offer a monthly S$3000 SGD in stipend under the SGI Summation program for undergraduates, more for masters, PhD students. The following tracks are available, you would probably be doing a couple of them up to your preference, with examples of what has been done by previous interns:

1) (Software) Create new data generator for object detection (ideal is some experience with Blender/Unreal/Unity)

2) (Deep Learning and Machine Learning): Train, and evaluate our computer vision model fine-tuned on synthetic data on a real-world test set.

3) (Deep Learning engineering): Go through the list of researched libraries, use them to integrate the model into ROS2, and evaluate (compute) performance. Test performance uplift on low-power DL co-processors.

4) (algorithms) Write an algorithm to turn object detection bounding boxes in pixel space to 3D space using known constraints (baseline algo already researched). Turn it into a ROS2 node.

5) Robotics DevOps & Real World Industry Trials (must be in Singapore)

• Understand the whole project and run our ROS2 stack on real HW.
• Create reproducible testing methodology and evaluate metrics on the HW.
• Be in charge of the robots on the construction site.
• Explore and procure new parts/new materials for robot functionality improvement
