Assistant Process Engineer

KEY JOB PURPOSE

You are required to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned process unit. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our research team in conducting experiments (including coating process) and providing technical support to advance the understanding and performance of the solar cell fabrication processes. You will work closely with researchers and process engineers to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field and help drive the development of next-generation photovoltaics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job scope includes:

• Able to work from 1:00pm - 10:00pm
• Prepares substrates/precursors, loads samples, in charge of coating process, and prepares material coating process for experimentation in time and quality
• Evaluates performance of process system.
• Interface with team members, understand their detailed plan and requirement.
• Monitor process and hardware performance.
• Records process conditions and experimental observations.
• Report data to the research team.
• Assist in laboratory and equipment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITY
· Plan and allocate tools, material and manpower for fabrication;

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Project manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.
• To support Site Project Manager in managing day-to-day clients’ interactions and expectations for optimal results

Job Description

Job Description

• Develop and create 2D and 3D piping layouts, plans, isometrics, ensure that piping designs are optimized for efficiency, ease of maintenance, and compliance with project and industry standards
• Create detailed piping layouts and general arrangements for the plant, ensuring that pipe routing minimizes interference with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical) and optimizes space utilization

Reporting to Senior Manager, Technical & Planning, this position will provide technical support for manufacturing process to ensure production complies strictly with Company’s quality & safety standards and environmental regulations. This role will also be in charge of performing investigation to identify root causes for plant troubles and implement countermeasures, and driving plant optimization initiatives.

• Carry out project management role for the installation of telecommuication 4G/5G equipment, access points to meet project deadline.
• Business Development scope for TSI/Telecoms Package projects .
• Support Telecoms Lead Engineer in all other Telecoms activities
• Wor on Telecoms systems studies such as PAGA coverage study, radio coverage study, VSAT link calculation, fibre optic link budget, etc
• Liaise with client to resolve Engineering comments and provide solution
• Coordinate with other disciplines and contractors on systems interfaces
• Interpret schematic diagrams and possess a strong understanding of basic electronics and RF telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fast development of analog IC physical designs, including layout drawing, DRC, LVS

• Layout extractions and analysis for IC designers

• Develop analog and/or digital library cells in various technologies (e.g. CMOS & SOI)

• Layout digital cells for various trade-offs (including speed, power, area, reliability)

• Layout analog circuits and IO circuits

• Characterize digital cell cells for timing and power analyses

• Construct test structures for validating various digital and analog cells

• Layout integration and optimization

• Advise IC designers for best layout practice

• Work with the IC design team to deliver IC physical designs

• Support the team lead for layout design integrations

Minimum Requirements

•Degree in electrical engineering or related field

• Strong experience in analog physical design, particularly bandgap, amplifier, comparator, LDO, current sensing, power switch, etc.

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Cadence, Spectre, HSPICE, and Matlab

• Familiarity with CMOS, BiCMOS, and other process technologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• At least 3-year experience of analog layout design with at 2 IC product tapeouts.

• Some understanding of circuit analysis and implementation

• Strong expertise in power management including DC/DC converter design.

• Able to do design verifications

Job Description:

• Inspection of project sites
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise all the instrument installation and monitoring works
• Liaise and coordinate with contractor for installation and monitoring issues
• Attending site progress meetings, preparing meeting minutes and coordinating with clients
• Process and interpret monitoring readings
• Coordinate with the construction team to minimise obstruction and damage to the monitoring instruments
• Supervise and quality control in instrumentation works
