Additional Advantageous Skills:

• Prior working experience in Solar / Semiconductors / Electronics manufacturing industries and programming to develop advanced data mining and analysis capabilities will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in electrical characterization, physical characterization and failure analysis tools for systematic troubleshooting and improvement will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in semiconductor / solar cell and module processes will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Configuring, developing and implementing software and components in all functional areas.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development.
• Creating functional requirements and functional specs based on user specification.
• Converting functional requirements to technical specifications.
• Making technical recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development.
• Planning, designing, developing, maintaining and supporting business systems.
• Testing functionality against business requirements.
• Analysing, documenting and suggesting system enhancements through communication with users, management and satisfy business and technical requirements.
• Developing curricula, organizing and delivering formal training on functionality, including customizations.
• Dealing with complex situations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and critical support.
• Maintaining / administering security settings for users, responsible for overall application security.
• Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live support.
• Planning and executing upgrades and releases.
• Perform data conversions, debug system problems, and craft resolutions.
• Install and implement service packs and hot fixes as needed.
• Act as a technical liaison to business groups for application support.
• Take responsibility for the customized unit programming and overall system functionality.
• Assist users in their day-to-day operations on their queries, errors or feedbacks.

Job Requirement

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
