• Daily walk about around assign areas of site and make a note of compliance and non-compliance to HSE operating procedure.
• Able to prepare and review lifting plan and coordinate site lifting supervisors, riggers and signalman, and being the focal point for all site lifting operations Perform discipline checks of the procedures and analysis.
• Read project specifications and provide feedback from an engineering perspective. Liaise with clients, and subcontractors.
• To coordinate and interface with Client/ other contractors to harmonize the onsite lifting arrangement.
• To conduct safety assessment & discussion with EHS team (safety) for any latest safety policy and implement the safety requirement when needed.
• To periodically monitor and implement any procedural changes according to the local authority / client’s requirement & regulation updates.
• To periodically monitor and execute the lifting work improvement at lifting site inclusive all facilities/tools.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years site experience to oversee the activities of the various lifting supervisors on site, completed the "appointed persons - lifting operations course" conducted by IES or equivalent course approved by the engineer.
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering field.
• Have relevant experience and direct involvement in assembling, traversing and operation of lifting frame and/or any other systems adopted by the Contractor, and safety assessment of heavy lifting work.
• Able to communicate well (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site construction daily work for project and liaising with the consultants, vendors, contractors and customers.
• Prepare Presentation slide, MSRA, micro schedule, look ahead plan, daily/monthly report during construction & T&C stage
• Oversee/ manage/ monitor/ control/ reporting site activities of sub-contractors and coordinating on site level with other partners’ sub-contractors.
• Conduct construction, QAQC inspection/ testing for the area of responsibility
• Attending all relevant WSH activities such as Safety site walk, TBM, audit, safety stand down etc
• Interact with project technical supports for relevant site work and liaise with other engineer during project execution and commissioning work.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in design, construction or operations
• Familiar with process engineering, mechanical system and their standards in related discipline is an advantage.
• Related working experience in thermal power plant, process industries and mechanical handling equipment is an advantage.

SYSTEM ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Test Engineer role in Q&T Facility is responsible for running tests for manufacturing and new product development teams in the center. The person needs to work closely with the test requestors to understand the testing requirements, test regime, conduct gap analysis, create, and execute a plan for completing tests in the facility. The role requires understanding of complex flow loops, auxiliary equipment’s such as pumps, motors, heaters, heat exchangers, compressors, and related power equipment’s such as switch gears, feeders, UPS, drives, transformers. Ability to understand the interfaces, cause, and effect and to act with agility in a safe manner in a very complex environment is a must.
• Experience and Competencies:
• Familiarity with reviewing inter-disciplinary drawings like GA, P&ID, Equipment Layout, piping codes
• Experience with flow loop and related auxiliary systems like Oil heaters, heat exchangers, cooling towers, gas booster systems, charge pumps, dynos are preferred
• Should possess adequate knowledge of risk assessment tools and proven experience of participating in HAZID/HAZOP/FMECA reviews
• Adept at managing vendors/contractors during construction, maintenance and upgrading works
• Knowledge and experience in programming and troubleshooting PLC logic design, implementation of SCADA projects, hands on experience in implementing and troubleshooting communication issues on Modbus ( TCP,RTU) and Profibus would be a plus
