As an ML Engineer, your pivotal role involves operationalizing ML Models developed by Bank data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:
Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain. This can include monitoring for data drift, triggering model retraining and setting up rollbacks.

Optimize AI development environments (development, testing, production) for usability, reliability and performance.

Have a strong relationship with the infrastructure and application development team in order to understand the best method of integrating the ML model into enterprise applications (e.g., transforming resulting models into APIs).

Work with data engineers to ensure data storage (data warehouses or data lakes) and data pipelines feeding these repositories and the ML feature or data stores are working as intended.

Evaluate open-source and AI/ML platforms and tools for feasibility of usage and integration from an infrastructure perspective. This also involves staying updated about the newest developments, patches and upgrades to the ML platforms in use by the data science teams.

• Proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks
• Good knowledge of Bash and Unix/Linux command-line toolkit is a must-have.
• Hands on experience building CI/CD pipelines orchestration by Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar tools is a must-have.
• Knowledge of OpenShift / Kubernetes is a must-have.
• Good understanding of ML libraries such as Panda, NumPy, H2O, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge in the operationalization of Data Science projects (MLOps) using at least one of the popular frameworks or platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning, DataRobot, Dataiku, H2O, or DKube).
• Knowledge of Distributed Data Processing framework, such as Spark, or Dask.
• Knowledge of Workflow Orchestrator, such as Airflow or Ctrl-M.
• Knowledge of Logging and Monitoring tools, such as Splunk and Geneos.
• Experience in defining the processes, standards, frameworks, prototypes and toolsets in support of AI and ML development, monitoring, testing and operationalization.
• Experience in ML operationalization and orchestration (MLOps) tools, techniques and platforms. This includes scaling delivery of models, managing and governing ML Models, and managing and scaling AI platforms.

• To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project.
• To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications.
• To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control.
• Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload.
• To conduct QC inspection and record on all the incoming materials.
• To record all inspection results in the appropriate inspection records.
• To highlight to superiors all non-conformities found during inspections.
• Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• To prepare all the Quality-related reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Roles & Responsibilities

* Project management, system testing, technical analysis, optimization of processes and working collaboratively with key stakeholders including technology partners
* Providing engineering design support; addressing technical and safety requirements for battery energy storage systems in accordance with industry standards, project and local regulatory requirements
* Preparing and reviewing technical documentation
* Performing analysis and diagnostics; proposing and implementing corrective actions for performance and reliability exceptions of battery energy storage systems
* Managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of smart grid and battery energy storage systems to ensure optimal availability for market participation and grid ancillary services.

Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
* Experienced working with, and deep understanding of Remote Terminal Unit, Power Conversion System, DC-to-DC Converter, illary liquid cooling system, different battery types and Battery Management System
* Keen to explore new technology and adaptable to related challenges

Job Description

• To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimise machine downtime as per KPI.
• To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.
• To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimise downtime.
• To monitor cost as per KPI, maintain inventory of spares, liase with vendors and partners and to coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
• To develop, plan and implement automation projects to improve machine safety, reduce human intervention and maximise productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies
• Minimum 2 years in the maintenance field
• Experienced in automation, mechanical & electrical maintenance in a manufactoring environment

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure all the maintenance works carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• By improving existing preventive maintenance system thus reduce maintenance cost and improve performance of equipment.
• To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification and replacement in the system.
• To assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day to day activities.
• To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction.
• To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.
• To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
• To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
