In this role, you will 

• Lead various electronics subjects – product testing, failure analysis, engineering improvements, quality, and reliability matters. 
• Develop test plan & procedures, conduct hand-on tests on SWPS products, circuits, and components. 
• Collect test data, generate test report, and maintain good documentation. 
• Design test systems with software and hardware to achieve test automation. 
• Conduct FMEA to identify critical and high-risk electronic design, perform evaluation test and risk mitigation. 
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify failure mechanism, derive countermeasures. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to sustain product lifecycle

• Completes engineering projects by organizing and coordinating project team.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Description:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist Project Manager with assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Decision making ability and leadership skills.
• Time management and organization skills.
