What will you do?

The Team aims to spearhead the digital transformation of government. The GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) platform provides a federated agency hosting and infrastructure through modern cloud architecture implementation and the modernising of Government applications through adoption of agile development practices.

The Team is seeking independent and motivated Solution Engineer who has experience in both small and big scale cloud-based projects, to support agencies and the GCC product team to create value in the GCC platform. • Work directly with GCC engineering team, product team and various key stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
