Fusion, a cloud-based 3D CAD, CAM, and CAE software, offers a comprehensive suite of tools for product design, engineering, and manufacturing. With a team of a few hundred developers, we prioritize development infrastructure and automation of developer workflows. The successful candidate will help us create, improve, and maintain tools to enhance developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams around the company on implementation, usage, and improvement of CI/CD systems for Fusion product family
• Maintain and monitor software builds and build infrastructure
• Support the engineering organization with day-to-day operations
• Monitor and automate system operations to detect potential problems
• Automating tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell, Python, Groovy etc.)
• Perform access administration, troubleshooting, and ticket administration

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in Jenkins pipelines (declarative and scripted pipelines, PSLs)
• Strong programming skills using Groovy, PowerShell, Shell, Python
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Linux based development environments
• Experience with Git and GitHub
• Experience with Azure (images, instances, services, databases, storage)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ansible, Packer, and other configuration management tools
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS
• Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Packer)
• Basic knowledge of C++ and CMake
• Familiarity with REST APIs of GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory etc.
• Exposure to large scale software build, integration, and test environments (C++ based preferable).
• Project and collaboration management tools (JIRA, Confluence Wiki)

The Ideal Candidate

Able to create complex Jenkins pipelines from scratch using corporate systems. Monitor and maintain existing pipelines addressing issues from developers. Continuously work on improvement and automation of workflows. Act on migration of build resources to Azure.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role is expected to have a strong background in Regression and end-to-end Testing, with a deep understanding of JSON, API, and SQL. Familiarity with financial instruments and entities will be considered a plus.

This role requires an individual who is a fast learner, able to quickly comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective test cases using our in-house automated regression tools.

Skillset (Must have)

• Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role.

• Proficient in JSON, API, and SQL.

• Experience in regression and end-to-end testing.

• Strong problem solving skill and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skill.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Willingness to support BAU operations as needed.

Skillset (Good to have)

• Familiarity with financial instruments and entities.

• Experience with performance testing.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development principles.

• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Understanding of coding and scripting for automation purposes.

• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• ensures all drawings, bills of materials, purchase requisitions and quality checks are completed as per project schedule and ISO 9001 & 14001 processes.
• conducts design reviews to analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• confers with customer representatives to review specifications and answer questions pertaining to installation of systems.
• supports during manufacturing, assembly, de-bug, and customer buy-off.
• writes technical reports, manuals and technical support documentation
• performs a wide variety of additional functions to meet project schedules and product deliveries
• reads, understands, and acts upon mechanical drawings including piece part and assembly drawings, work instructions, and procedures
• determines manufacturing methods, techniques, and procedures as required to perform tasks as required for to ensure designs perform as required
• designs test fixtures and setups as needs arise
• communicates with vendors to support procurement and to address issues
• Responsible for any other role as assigned by the Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent degree in related technical field desired
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in mechanical engineering and material handling systems across various industries.
• AutoCAD and solid works proficiency
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle involved in production of precision technical drawings, and models
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and production
• Knowledge of design principles, steel and aluminum part creation, sub assembly and pneumatics.
• Ability to work independently in designing and liaising with customers on technical specifications and requirements
• Participate in and effectively communicate in group discussions and meetings
• Ability to work well in a team environment
