Duties

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Manage and configure Hexagon EAM system, including its architecture, modules, and features.

· Designing and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs.

· Perform system upgrades, patching, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to customize Hexagon EAM solutions to meet business needs.

· Lead full lifecycle Hexagon EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, and training.

· Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.

· Developing and implementing new techniques for testing and validating software systems.

· Integrate Hexagon EAM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CMMS).

· Design, manage, and optimize databases supporting the EAM system.

· Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.

· Write and maintain custom scripts or code using programming languages like Java, C#, or Python for system enhancements and automation.

· Develop and maintain API integrations between Hexagon EAM and external applications.

· Implement asset lifecycle management practices, including maintenance planning and inventory control.

· Provide insights into best practices for asset tracking, utilization, and reporting.

· Deploy and manage Hexagon EAM on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Support cloud-based operations, ensuring scalability, security, and uptime.

· Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of Hexagon EAM.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users and administrators.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

· Proficiency in database management, data modeling, and SQL query development.

· 5 years of hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

· Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or others.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their deployment environments.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
