• Lead complex architectural decisions and system design, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability

• Perform regression tests, functional tests, and data tests to validate software functionality.
• Set up test environments, track defects, and collaborate with Product Owners, users, and technical teams to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
• Estimate work requirements to contribute to project sprint planning, and monitor and report User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest QA and testing best practices, tools (HP Quality Centre, ALM), frameworks, and industry standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure a successful software release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Ability to create detailed and effective test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Experience with regression testing, functional testing, and data testing.
• Proficiency in test environment setup and defect tracking.
• Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with Product Owners, users, and technical teams.
• Sound judgment to determine defect priority and resolution.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
