Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent technical experience.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, SCADA, and control systems.
• Familiarity with Industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Understanding of data management tools and basic scripting (Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate & Power BI or MES systems is desirable.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in factory automation, digital systems, or a related engineering field.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and workflows is an advantage.

This position needs autonomous, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals with the ability to produce deliverables independently with no immediate supervision. Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience but a strong passion for wireless networks would be considered for junior positions.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

Generate and execute test plans to validate wireless radio products under development.

Understand customers’ network architecture and provide remote technical support.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Together with core technical teams, conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical requirements, and develop project specifications and scopes of work for green marine system integration projects.
• Coordinate and oversee engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Together with technical team, review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of green marine system designs and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
