About the role

This position will be responsible for working with large and disparate data sets, internal and external, quantitative, and qualitative, structured and unstructured to support the management of data across the entire data lifecycle. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills and strong focus on data governance practices to ensure the successful delivery of the Data Product Roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Working with the key stakeholders to define data requirements for projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads multiple project teams of other software engineers and firmware engineers, including internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms from NPI through Sustaining.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on Software applications, firmware design, and development.
• Provides domain-specific expertise, overall software and firmware leadership, and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Specifies and documents workflows, engagement models, and objectives in partnership with other WW Software and Firmware teams.
• Collaborates with hardware engineers to ensure proper integration and communication between hardware and firmware components.

• Bachelor's degree/Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

The Instrumentation & Monitoring Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Conduct, manage and solve technical issues escalated from sites related to instrumentation and monitoring.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise all the instrument installation and monitoring works.
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractor for installation and monitoring issues.
• Interpret and prepare interpretative reports for instrumentation.
• Participate in monitoring meetings with client and coordinate with IMC.
• Coordinate with the construction team to minimise obstruction and damage to the monitoring instruments.
• Supervise and quality control in instrumentation works.

A. Main Responsibilities

Purpose:

To contribute as part of a process safety team on a proposal / project, in collaboration with different departments and process safety section, to manage Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) and prevent and mitigate Major Accident Events (MAEs) throughout the lifecycle of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop / Support the development and review of HSSE Design Philosophy, and other process safety-related philosophies. Provide guidance to the proposal / project for compliance to company standards, client and regulatory requirements of safetyrelated systems.
• Develop / Support the development of scope of work, perform safety consultant technical bid evaluation, participate in workshops, plan, review and deliver safety studies / deliverables. Deliver complete, correct, and on-time safety studies and deliverables to the proposal / project, demonstrating risks are As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
• Organise Bow-Ties workshops, define SCEs, communicate performance standards requirements, review SCE design, manage tracking and review of EPCI assurance tasks, as instructed by the Principal Engineer, to ensure that safety critical elements are designed, procured, constructed, commissioned, and installed in accordance with performance standards for the prevention and mitigation of MAEs.
• Coordinate and manage risk consultant/subcontractor to ensure the risk of the facility is properly assessed in accordance with the scope of work and methodology, in a timely manner and on budget.
• Collect risk assessment input data, review risk assessments, prepare deliverables, review other discipline deliverables, and collaborate with other disciplines and departments, as instructed by the Principal Engineer or assigned engineer. Issue accurate deliverables, minimizing mistakes and maximizing efficiency. Minimise / manage deviations from company standards, client and regulatory requirements of safety-related systems.
• Contribute to the achievement of Project / Engineering Performance Goals defined for the year / project.
• Collaborate with the proposal / project team, consistently check deliverables for compliance, attend / support audits and resolve non-conformities to deliver a regulatory compliant installation. Minimise non-conformities and delays to first oil.
• Communicate professionally with the client, provide responses to client comments, as instructed by the Principal Engineer, such that the client is satisfied that hazards are managed appropriately.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that changes are managed in accordance with the Management of Change Procedure and their impact on risk are properly evaluated.
• Identify and communicate lessons learnt for improved management of MAHs and project execution.
• Ensure technical competencies are met and guide the development of process safety engineers to improve technical competency and soft skills.

Overall Job Purpose

The AVEVA NET is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining project-specific AVEVA Net/AIM and ISM systems. This role ensures efficient data capture, verification, and seamless handover processes, aligning with project requirements and corporate objectives.

Core Responsibilities

System Administration

1. Act as the single point of contact for setting up, maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting AVEVA NET systems across all projects.
2. Configure and maintain AVEVA NET portals, including gateway configurations and ongoing updates.
3. Establish and manage Class Libraries, defining structures and mapping techniques in ISM.

Project Support

1. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• At least 5 years of experience with AVEVA NET in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects or FPSO operations.
• Proficiency in AVEVA NET/AIM, AVEVA ISM, and associated gateway administration and implementation.
• Expertise in mapping company data structures to client requirements and managing FEED and Detailed Design deliverables.
• Prior experience in engineering information management for major capital projects.
• Experience with AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of AVEVA registers, gateways, and their interfaces with client systems.
• Familiarity with Engineering Design software, including AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Engineering (preferred).
