What You’ll Do

The Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer’s prime responsibility is to provide technical sales support and recommendations to internal and external customers on the Cisco Security Solutions Portfolio. The successful candidate will have wide-ranging knowledge and experience across the information security domain. Through a consultative approach, the Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer will be expected to articulate the benefits of the Cisco Security Platform and integrated Architecture across Hybrid Cloud Transformation, Trusted Access, Security Operations and IoT. Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts (ex. NG Firewall, NG IPS, ZeroTrust, etc.), technologies, and best practices
• Consistent track record in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred
• Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP etc. and/or a Cisco CCIE Security will be very highly regarded

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and support servers or virtual machines (Hyper-V / VMware) running on Windows Server operating systems.

This position will be responsible for providing quality repair and carrying out preventive maintenance service of etch / clean / deposition equipment at customer sites. Other activities include installation, relocation of customer equipment, performing associated start-up and check-out activities.

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites. Conduct associated start-up, cut over and check-out activities on the newly installed systems
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool by performing on-site general preventive maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities. Co-ordinate all service actions with customer to minimize downtime or system interruptions
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to eliminate equipment malfunctions. Conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problem. • Liaise and co-ordinate with customers in relation to short-term defect work
