As an Engineer, R&D (Electronics), you will:

Responsible for developing and designing the electronics architecture, circuits and systems for meeting future products specifications.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to enhance value for the business and customers.
• Perform system analysis to create optimized design solutions that meet specifications & all regulatory requirements, project timelines, and cost targets.
• Participate in technical discussions and presentation of design solutions to customer.
• Coordinate the fabrication, assembly and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance to specifications.
• Author of specifications, requirements and validation plans for design module assigned.
• Work with the Manufacturing team and suppliers throughout the product cycle in a fast-paced environment.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Knowledge in PC architecture, High Speed IO Bus protocols (such as DDR, FSB, PCI-X), signal integrity techniques and high speed hardware design.
• Good understanding of product safety, environmental testing and EMC is an advantage.
• Experience in medical product compliance standard such as ISO13485, is preferred.

What You’ll Do

The Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer’s prime responsibility is to provide technical sales support and recommendations to internal and external customers on the Cisco Security Solutions Portfolio. The successful candidate will have wide-ranging knowledge and experience across the information security domain. Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts (ex. NG Firewall, NG IPS, ZeroTrust, etc.), technologies, and best practices
• Consistent track record in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred
• Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP etc. and/or a Cisco CCIE Security will be very highly regarded

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and support servers or virtual machines (Hyper-V / VMware) running on Windows Server operating systems.

Job Description

• Perform process/ mechanical design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, equipment specification/data sheet, etc
• Provide process / mechanical input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Perform technical review of equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement detailed design and installation stages
• Prepare the process / mechanical submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
• Manage the equipment suppliers / subcontractors to meet the project schedule for design, installation and testing & commissioning
• Support on the testing and commissioning work

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in process/mechanical design of water/wastewater treatment plant (design experience in the flue gas desulphurization (FGD) wastewater system/plant (or similar system/plant) would be advantageous); For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with relevant standard and Singapore code of practice
