Job Resposibilities:

• Field Support: To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to a mission critical system. To restore the system to its operational condition. This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled.
