The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. In the future, the ROC will increase the value it provides by taking over much of the technical triage and mitigation that is currently performed by game teams, resulting in faster incident resolution, and requiring a more engineering-focused culture in the ROC.

What a Senior Software Test Engineer does at Visa:

This is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying and resolving issues of simple to moderate complexity. This position is at an intermediate professional level and requires strong execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance only in the most complex situations. The individual will perform functional and automation testing for Visa Processing Services applications.
