The MRS ML Infra team will be focusing on ML Infra performance and efficiency for both large scale AI training and inference workflows in the recommendation domain.

In this role, the engineer works on optimizing the e2e stack for model training and inference for large scale recommendation models. The opportunities are from distributed systems, to model/system co-design, to GPU system optimizations.

We are looking for someone who has previous experiences on high performance infrastructure and performance optimization. As an engineer accountable for the introduction of new product within the Power Transistor sub-Group, you will be mainly responsible for the characterization and qualification of Silicon Carbide Technology based Power MOSFETs along with other technologies in our portfolio like Silicon MOSFETs , IGBTs, GaN HEMT and Power Modules.

The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:

• Testing program development, debug and deployment.
• Product characterization either at wafer and package level.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering or close related field.
• 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in a semiconductor environment, preferably as a Test Development Engineer and/or Product Engineer.
