Responsibilities :

• Involves in Development and Application Support for multiple applications in banking domain.
• Perform initial analysis for production issues and come with workaround or next action plan, working closely with counter parties (e.g. business users)
• Drive the investigations of critical production issues involving business users, vendors and different application teams from sub systems.
• Work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide networking expertise, revise solution architecture drawings and diagrams.

• Prepare the design documents including Low Level Design (LLD) documents for OPS Network and SMRC Network, firewalls configuration, IDS/IPS and hardening states.

• Prepare ITD (Test procedure) document for OPS Network and SMRC Network

Integration Support:

Hardening Support:

• The Contractor will assist on the hardening of Online / Offline SMRC network equipment and firewalls

• The Contractor will assist on the hardening of Online / offline OPS firewalls (OPS Network).

• The Contractor will troubleshoot / fix if there are any operational / unknown issues occurs in the environment due to the hardening configuration on network devices (Offline, Online SMRC)

• The Contractor will support in case any issue with hardening of online firewalls / any operational issue occurs due to the hardening of online network devices (OPS Network).

Requirements:

• Engineer with CCIE certification, or minimum CCNP certification

• Experience with CISCO Firepower (FMC and FTD) implementation and troubleshooting

• Experience in preparing design documents with minimal supervision

• Able to work with CISCO TAC team and close all the open issues without any supervision

• Experience in CISCO HW troubleshooting (desirable)
