Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Min 2 to 3 years related experience
• Knowledge in Solidwork or equivalent
• Posses good communication skills

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Responsible for the planning activities within a project and organisation planning across all projects.

· Provide project Progress S curve, activity list, logic diagram (PERT , CPM), time scaled logic diagram, Bar chart, manpower histogram, resource and cost curves.

· Publish the planning weekly report of all projects and disseminate to key stakeholders.

· Overall project coordination liaising with engineering, procurement and construction team for the purpose of developing a fully integrated schedule.

· Follow through construction, commissioning, qualification and handover.

· Obtain input from project team members, contractors, suppliers and client to support the development of a baseline schedule, and subsequently to update schedule progress and forecasting.

· Use planning/scheduling principles and methods including: CPM scheduling techniques, Resource loading of schedules, Field Progress Measurement.

· Analyse critical path and highlight to project team.

· Coordinate and support the preparation of monthly spending plan curve.

· Provide a regular management update on the progress of the major activities in process improvements and quality improvements

· Any other tasks as assigned by your Superior/s

Job Responsibilities :

* provide documented results including unit testing result, detailed design specification, RCA etc to meet project requirements

* Report progress and status updates to project manager and business sponsors.

Job Requirements :

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer

Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* 5+ years of experience with Java server-side development experience

with good understanding of core design patterns.

* Hands on experience in Java 8 and above

* Understanding distributed application environments

* Technologies - Servlets, JSF, JAX-RS , JAX-WS , JMS, JPA

* Frameworks - Oracle ADF, Primefaces, Spring , Spring Batch , Spring

Security, Spring Data , Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate

* Server - Jboss, Weblogic

* RDBMS experience - Oracle 11g, PL/SQL (SPs, Functions)

* UI Development - HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular or any other JS

* Familiar with Maven, CD/CI, Dev-OPS practices, Jenkins,

* Knowledge of consuming and providing REST APIs

* Worked in Agile environment with minimum supervision

* Strong collaborative and team work skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Able to commit one (1) year contract (subject to further

extension/conversion)

Be independent in research of advanced speech and audio algorithms and the development or implementation of such algorithms for embedded systems.

• Experience or knowledge of acoustic tests measurements for data acquisition and be familiar with state-of-the-art testing equipment.
• Experience of conducting objective/subjective evaluation of various audio algorithms on speech enhancement, active noise control, binaural rendering.
• Extensive experience in signal processing, acoustic modelling, adaptive filtering, noise suppression, active noise cancellation, hearing through etc.
• Ability handling C, Python, and script codes for system modelling, simulation and system implementation.

Qualifications Requirement:

• PhD with relevant experience (fresh PhD graduates are welcome).
• Extensive knowledge in at least one of the areas including: signal processing applied to audio, active noise control, speech enhancement, adaptive filtering and microphone array signal processing.
• Solid mathematical background.
• Working knowledge of C/C++ and/or Matlab/Python scripting as well as DSP algorithm optimizations
• Highly Desired:
  • Expertise in AI applied to audio, with hands-on experience in at least one deep learning framework in Python
  • Hands on experience in DSP code optimization and deployment for embedded audio systems
  • Knowledge and expertise of earphone active noise cancellation/hear through algorithm design and tuning, measurements and etc.
  • Top-ranking and/or award receivers in world competition in speech/audio signal processing field
