Your responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver production grade software for the DDH platform in production. Ensuring high availability, functionality and that meets business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues in a decentralized, microservices-based architecture
• Provide L1 and L2 production support, dealing with end-users directly as main POC (No app support experience required)
• Track SLAs, SLOs and SLIs for the platform (No SRE experience required)
