DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Identify new potential customer and develop new business opportunity by researching and analysing sales options, and follow up with all avenues to grow our business.
• Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration.
• Preparation of sales proposal and quotation to channel partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or degree in business/marketing/computer science or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in property and car park management preferred.
• Passion for residential and commercial property and car park management.
• Creative, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Prior marketing or sales experience in IT industry will be a big plus.
• Excellent communication skill and outstanding negotiation skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required

As our Frontend Software Developer, you will be responsible for front-end development creating web based user interfaces and mobile applications. Your familiarity in product design will help a good deal. You constantly challenge yourself to collaborate better with the team, explore new possibilities for better product quality, and succeed with the team.

• Communicate, comprehend and work with Business and Backend to develop front-end user interfaces
• Work with product management and the development team to deliver code for applications
• Write reusable code and libraries for future use
• Take ownership in each module and its features from initial discussions through to release
• Work with backend developers for continuous development and deployment

Develop and deliver the programs based on the designer’s specification and interface with 3rd party application via API and/or web services

-Conduct actual unit and system integration testing

-Deploy the application to production system, bug fixes and update the new version

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure and implement ultra-low latency system from end-to-end
• Reduce latency through algorithm and network optimization

Requirements:

• Familiar with using Flink, Clickhouse, Elasiticsearch, Redis, Kafka etc on linux system or related optimization skills
• Prior working experience in AWS, Alicloud etc is preferred

The successful candidate will have significant experience in development of a Linux based embedded Mesh Router.

Product Software Development

• Responsible for the full stack development of a Linux based embedded Mesh Router
• Translate product requirements to software implementation concepts for developers
• Establish Software Development best practices for nimble and high-quality development
• Hardware test and automation
• OpenWrt, ath11k open source driver, GUI, Android app development, Integrations with 3rd party Cloud based applications

Team Leadership

• Set (rolling) release goals and timelines, and guide the team to fulfill the goals
• Grow the software team, including hiring and managing junior developers
• Work with in-house and external development teams

Job Requirements

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 10 years of industry experience
• In-depth knowledge in embedded software development and quality control
• Proven leadership record
• Good interpersonal and creative skills with ability to multitask in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Confidence and leadership qualities, keen to guide a team of engineers and technicians.
