Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.
• Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report accordingly.
• Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of machinery parts inventory.
• Collect machinery maintenance repair data and costs for analysis.
• Prepare monthly machinery reports detailing maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 7 years of working experience dealing with machinery.
• Those who have experiences in machinery spare parts will have added advantage.

Service Engineer

Job description

1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

2. Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

4. Provide technical support to the Application Team

5. Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader

6. Support the systems testing related activities with the Project and Application Teams

7. Liaise with sub-contractor to perform site survey for A&A work and to provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method for the installation to the relevant parties for preparation of quotation

8. Deliver good standard of workmanship and ensure accurate quantity and quality of the equipment to be installed at site

9. Conduct in-house training when is required

10. Perform standby duty and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in security systems
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

Remuneration:

• $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

Responsibilities

Design and configure the data structures within web based tool that will be used to store project information. • Customize the forms and views to match the specific needs of the project. This includes designing user interfaces for data entry, creating lists and reports, and configuring visibility and access controls based on user roles and permissions.
• Define the workflows and processes that govern how data is managed and how tasks are performed within the project. This may involve configuring status transitions, approvals, notifications, and other workflow-related features. Import existing project data into the tool, if applicable. This may involve importing data from spreadsheets, databases, or other sources. Alternatively, you can manually enter the project data direct.
• Configure user access and permissions to control who can view, edit, and manage project information. Define user roles and assign appropriate permissions to ensure data security and privacy. Test the environment you have built to ensure that it meets the project requirements. Make any necessary adjustments or improvements based on feedback from project stakeholders or end-users.
• Provide training and support to project team members and stakeholders who will be using the tool. Familiarize them with the platform's features and functionalities and educate them on how to effectively use and navigate the environment. Once the environment has been thoroughly tested and users are trained, deploy the environment for use in the project. Monitor its usage, gather feedback, and make ongoing refinements as needed.
• Continue supporting the project team by generating the deliverables under Systems Engineering scope at each phase as per customer requirement to meet the timeline till the total handover of the project to the client.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team as a key leader in our engineering department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of building systems, with a primary focus on M&E and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of shift leads and technicians, ensuring the seamless functioning of our facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of Building General M&E, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems(CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, Scrubber, etc.).

· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of shift leads and technicians to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

· System Oversight: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.

· Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

· Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinate with relevant teams, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to facility management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises technical shift team who support the site on a 24 x 7 basis. Responsible for ensuring shift coverage and delivery of planned and preventative maintenance works. Provide coaching, assistance such as technical guidance and training to co-workers. Coordinate site works and assign tasks. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a Building Operation Engineer or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of Building General M&E, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Knowledge and understanding of all applicable good practices and techniques, laws, project controls and environmental regulations to include safety regulations.

· Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Universal CFC certification preferred. Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local jurisdictions.

Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Main Duties:

● Supervise & Coordinate project’s day to day activities including installation and coordination with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.

● Follow up project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems on time to ensure the project progress on time.

● Determines project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

● Guide, provide inputs and comments, for the drafter to prepare installation plan drawings, detailed drawings for mechanical parts like piping layout, piping isometric drawing, pipe supports, process and mechanical plan drawings.

● Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

● Check, confirm all safety documents and issue work permits to contractors in collaboration with site safety officers, work permit requirements will be trained by ALSg.

● Assist project manager or procurement incharge in preparation of tender documentation, procurement specification and Bill of quantity.

● Attend the weekly and monthly project meetings to update the status and activity of the project.

● Prepares weekly or monthly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

● Manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing of the equipment and systems.

● Maintains site safe condition and clean working environment by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations.

● Maintains product and company reputation by complying with state and company policy and regulations.

● Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

● Assist Project Manager in the preparation of project Capex, budget estimation and cost allocation.

● Able to work independently and less supervision required.

● Willing to work late or during weekends when required.

● Conduct Toolbox meetings with safety officers onsite and maintain records.

● Procurement and sourcing of equipment and materials.

● With sound knowledge of process piping installation and equipment installation.

● Able to work with drafters to produce Piping drawings, installation drawings, details design.

Qualifications:

● Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent engineering education.

● Physically fit to work at a construction site as project engineer.

Experience:

● Experience working on site installation coordination and project supervision.

● Experience working at process/equipment construction site, plant installation, EPC, or equivalent.

● With experience in giving inputs in technical design and technical document preparation.

● With experience in piping installation, Equipment installation, pipe routing.

Skills:

● Ability to read, understand & demonstrate the P&ID and PFD drawings to site work.

● Proficient to read and understand engineering plan drawings like piping and pipe support plan, equipment layout mechanical installation plan.

● Able to understand Fire Fighting and Alarm systems.

● Proficient with Microsoft office application and Microsoft project or equivalent and familiar with Google doc
