• Assist in the MEICA construction plans, sequencing, resource allocation, and logistical considerations.
• Coordinate the installation of MEICA systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 10 years of experience in the planning and construction of waste to energy plants or major process industry / industrial / infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in large scale projects, managing internal/ external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Ability to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.
• Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction logistics.

(A) Job Summary:

Assists the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site works. This person will need to ensure site safety. Use of cranes at site involves many people from various organisations, such as the crane manufacturer, site occupier, crane contractor, and various sub-contractors that use the cranes.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Site Engineer cum Lifting Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

Site Engineer Roles:

• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering any adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ General Manager/ Project Director.

Lifting Engineer Roles:

• A person who is required to plan safe systems of work, using lifting equipment.
• Conduct/coordinate lifting operation in the area such as safety rules and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
• Investigate crane accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
• Coordinate lifting plan programs to determine their adequacy including review of short- and long-term strategic safety planning and development.
• Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to Lifting Crew’s safety initiatives and necessary changes.
• Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Perform safety audits and inspect LGs, LMs, lifting machinery validity, insurance, and safety equipment to ensure safety rules and regulations are complying.
• Order and maintain lifting work safety inventory including supplies and equipment.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
• Completed the Appointed Persons - Lifting Operations Course conducted by IES or equivalent course approved by the Engineer.
• Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.
• Prior experience in working with lifting equipment, especially mobile cranes, and tower cranes etc.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation of managing, administration of all cisco switches and Clearpass on customer site.

• Support operations such as production networks in a hyper-scale and heterogeneous environment.

• Perform deep dives on complex technical issues across networks, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.

• Anticipate potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate/minimize.

• Participate and improve escalation and emergency response with detailed postmortem while addressing issues systematically to prevent future occurrences.

• Align with cross-functional relationships with Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Traffic, Logistics, Program Management, and OEM partners to deliver superb operational results and manage the performance of external vendors.

• Escorting of vendors when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in a System Integration environment and/or implementing Network systems is a plus

• Familiar and experienced in Palo Alto Firewall and Clearpass

• Certification in Network related products will be a plus.

Job Scope:

• Drive infra project life cycle – Server provisioning to Cutover.
• Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.
• Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.
• Perform Network and Firewall patching and other administration tasks for cloud projects
• Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.
• Be the SME for Network and Firewall administration and automation.

Operation & Process:

• Prepares technical project plans for new initiatives in BAU
• Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.
• Drive the on boarding of new applications on to the production environment.

Maintain Security:

• In accordance with security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.

Requiements:

• At least 4-7 years of relevant Infrastructure support and Network and Firewall administration
• Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience managing production infrastructure support
• Knowledge in ACI, Cisco, Arista, F5, Checkpoint, Paloalto is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in Operations,Projects,administration and shell scripting.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Nagios would be handy.
