Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives and requirements. This is an on-site role with an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce features and functionalities, offering guidance on best practices for utilization and customization.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and team members.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration points.
• Experience in designing solutions that involve complex workflows, process automation, and data management.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
• Technical background in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus
