REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience in all phases of Business DX projects implementation from start to end; (i.e., Problem definition/discovery -> Planning-> Requirement/Initial Design -> Development -> Operation).
• Possess experience in creating documents such as business process design, business requirement definition, external/internal design documents, and UAT for IT projects.
• Experienced in providing business consulting to business divisions.
• Possess ITIL Foundation certification.
• Effective in a variety of communication settings, 1-on-1, small and large groups, among diverse styles and position levels.
• Enjoys working with data, analysis, and the development of hypothesis and solutioning.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10-16 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Java.
• Proven experience in architectural design and implementation for large-scale projects.
• Experience with government projects is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of VAPT and VMS processes and tools.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation.
• Proficiency in Scala and functional programming.
• Knowledge of server operations and maintenance.
• Experience managing monthly patching processes for servers and applications.
• Familiarity with WOGAA standards and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, React JS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCC 1.0 and GCC2.0 etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Meeting with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief;
• Developing project briefs and working on these as the project progresses;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Contributing to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Understanding how the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues, so that practical questions can be addressed at an early stage;
• Following up with the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Co-ordinating and liaising with the various consultants on the project team;
• Advising clients on procuring the best and most appropriate contracts for the work they are undertaking;
• Leading the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings;
• Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications;
• Obtaining feedback on work in progress and finished results from clients;
• Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale;
• Solving problems that might occur during building/construction stage;
• Carrying out defect inspections;
• Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with client executives, customer technical leads, and partners to manage and deliver cloud solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
2. Make recommendations on cloud transformation strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to help customer gain business benefit from cloud adoption
3. Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating customer CIO, CTO and enterprise architects.
4. Develop compelling cloud transformation proposals for key customers and partners, working with the business development team, solution sales team and service delivery team to determine project goals, define completion criteria, build resource breakdowns, and determine project milestones.
5. Partner with Solution Architecture team and Service Delivery team to design complex solutions for customers that drive Huawei Cloud adoption and revenue.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in cloud.
2. Graduated in degree in computer science, system engineering or equivalent.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Process-oriented with great documentation skills
6. Experience as a Technical Project Lead or Lead Consultant (e.g., Management or IT Strategy) delivering cloud migration and transformation projects in customer-facing roles.
7. Experience with Enterprise IT and Cloud Technologies/Services.
8. Experience presenting and communicating with Chief Experience Officers in public administration organizations.
9. Knowledge of app and/or infrastructure migration and modernization (e.g., assess, plan, execute, optimize, operate), IT Infrastructure, IT operations, or business applications.
