Experience and Qualifications

Primary Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engagements, including leading data strategies, roadmaps, and implementations.

• Expertise in data architecture methodologies, including enterprise data strategy, data models (ER, star schema, normalized/denormalized), and lifecycle management.

• Proven banking domain knowledge and experience with regulatory compliance and reporting.

• Strong experience in data migration strategies, including planning, costing, and execution.

• Master Data Management expertise, with tools such as Informatica MDM, Stibo PIM, Talend Data Fabric.

Technical Proficiencies

• Data and Architecture Tools: PowerDesigner, ArchiMate, Toad, ERWin.

• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, Hive, Pig, Impala, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Snowflake.

• Programming and Scripting: SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL, Shell scripting, T-SQL, DAX.

• Design Methodologies: Inmon and Kimball methodologies, hierarchical models.

• Cloud and Web Tools: Amazon AWS, WordPress, Google Analytics/GTM.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with TOGAF for architecture frameworks and DAMA-DMBOK for data management.

Service Assurance Architect - In this new role, you will be managing the Day 1 Technical Services and Day 2 Managed Operations Service offer who is going to report to Delivery team. This function will serve as Check and Balance for any new pursuit between Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery.

You Will:

New Pursuit Evaluation:

• Early Involvement: Service Assurance participates in initial sales meetings and bid reviews to assess the feasibility and risks of new opportunities.
• Service Fit: They determine if the proposed solution aligns with the organization's standard service catalogue and can be delivered with existing capabilities.
• Due Diligence: Service Assurance performs due diligence on potential clients, reviewing their requirements, technical environment, and any potential challenges.
• Go/No-Go Decisions: They provide input on whether to pursue an opportunity based on their assessment of risks, resource availability, and potential for success.
• Act as Technology Infrastructure SME for Network & Security Design. (Critical)

Standardization Check:

• Mapping to Standards: Service Assurance ensures that proposed solutions map to standardised service offerings, configurations, and delivery processes.

SLA Negotiations:

• Performance Metrics: They establish clear performance metrics and measurement methods to track SLA compliance.
• Risk Assessment: They assess the risks associated with meeting specific SLAs and identify potential mitigation strategies.

Risk Assessment:

• Proactive Identification: Service Assurance architect proactively identifies potential risks across all stages of the service lifecycle, including technical, operational, financial, and reputations risks.
• Risk Analysis: They analyse the likelihood and impact of identified risks, using tools like risk matrices and probability assessments.

Sizing and Scoping:

• Resource Estimation: Service Assurance works with Delivery to accurately estimate the resources required to deliver the proposed solution, including personnel, technology, and time. He/she will also be based on Standard Service Catalogue and sizing calculator as a base to do the estimate. Any deviation of the costing will need to be signed off and any major deviation will need to be documented as risk.
• Scope Definition: They help define the scope of work, ensuring it is clearly documented and agreed upon with the client.
• Costing and Pricing: They provide input on costing and pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

You Bring:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Years of Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Architect, or IT service management
• Service Design and Delivery: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT services, with a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with IT service delivery.

As an AIGC/ Gen AI engineer, you will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of image & video generation technology for online AI applications. You will design and implement advanced image & video generation models capable of generating target images with different styles (e.g., in news, gaming applications). Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest research developments in the image & video generative-AI technology field to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.

As an AIGC/ Gen AI engineer in Singapore, you will design and implement image & video generation models to support the content generation tasks in AI application. Key domains of focus include text to image generation, image to image generation, text to video generation, and image to video generation.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and apply the latest image/video generation models for various AI applications (e.g., gaming and news).
• Design and develop the text to image, image to image, text to video generation methods based on application objectives.
• Fine-tune the image and video generation models based on different targets, e.g., to generate images/video in different styles.
• Develop and train other relevant models (e.g., LoRA, ControlNet) to optimize generative content quality.
• Model inference and speed optimization to achieve online application latency requirements.
• Ability to identify the reasons on generated image/video quality issues, and find out possible solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
