You will be a member of the team responsible for managing IT Infrastructure and delivering End User Computing (EUC) services to all SIA Group employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Infrastructure used for delivering End User Computing (EUC) services, which includes authentication and authorisation services, single sign-on, remote access, desktop virtualization, end-point security, file and print services.
• Directly responsible for managing EUC private cloud based on Nutanix HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), including capacity management, procurement and deployment of data centre servers used for EUC services.
• Responsible for managing enterprise Citrix VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
• Responsible for designing and architecting IT solutions. Guide end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, along with change management activities.
• Conduct proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction that enable employee productivity.
• Review performance of EUC services with IT service providers, provide recommendations, and oversee resolution of operational issues.
• Provide third level support for incidents and problems in designated areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a managing IT infrastructure.
• Good working knowledge in Desktop Virtualization & Citrix certification.
• Good working knowledge in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure & Nutanix certification.
• Broad technology experience encompassing architecture, network design and IT operations.
• Ability to apply the latest technology best practices and trends in delivering IT services, and in establishing the overall direction and control of the IT function.

Primary Job Description

• Manage the lifecycle of the Data Analytics Platform and maintain plans for the next 5 years.
• Proactively understand the demand from business users and factor them into the architecture enhancement plans.
• Monitor the system performance of the Data Analytics Platform to always meet the service levels.
• Keep the Data Analytics Platform stable and maximize the availability.
• Manage the Processes and Guidelines on Data Governance.

Position Qualifications and Experiences

Experience Requirements:

• Experience to design and implement a modern Data Analytics Platform in Google Cloud and similar BI experiences.

Technical Skills:

• Architect level technical knowledge of relational databases, DataLake and Google Cloud BigQuery
• Architect level technical knowledge of Looker and other BI Tools
• Administrator level knowledge of Collibra or other Data Governance Tool
• Proficiency in Python / Javascript.

Responsibilities

1. Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement cloud-based solutions for scalability, security and performance. Utilize the Volcano Engine Cloud Computing Platform to support automotive industry applications.

2. Pre-sales and after-sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to expand business in areas such as autonomous driving, intelligent networking, and automotive simulation. Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales stages.

3. Cloud migration: Assist customers in deploying or migrating systems to the Volcano Engine Cloud Computing Platform and maximizing the benefits of Cloud Services.

4. Customer engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, understand their business, technical and operational needs, and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Minimum qualifications:

- Engineering Bachelor degree and above.

- At least 5 years of Cloud Service experience, and at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on major Cloud Computing platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

- Possess extensive knowledge of Cloud Service products and services, including computing, storage, networking, security, databases, etc., and have experience in designing cloud solutions.

- Familiar with the automotive industry, with experience in designing cloud solutions for automotive industry customers (including but not limited to autonomous driving, intelligent networking, simulation, and digital marketing).

- Experience working with automotive OEMs and suppliers in consulting or solution architecture.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
