What you will do

Scope, define and design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions.

• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
• Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
• Support deployment of the solution
• Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
• Handle Customers and internal Stakeholders from Technical perspective.
• Prepare the relevant technical document i.e., HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Network Impact Reports, Method of Procedure etc. with respect to customer activities in Project or production systems.
• Provide technical support to ICT-PD as and when needed.
• Participate and contribute during pre-sales engagement activities, if needed
• Define the service scope for the service delivery.
• Estimate cost and time for the implementation.
• Plan for the order of the activities needed
• Plan verification, test, and migration activities
• Define quality check points.
• Define test and migration strategy, test, and migration environment requirements.

You will bring

• Education Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication, Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall, 20 years of experience out of which at least 10 years as a Senior Solution Architect in Telecommunications and leading large size projects.
• Domain experience: area of expertise – Ericsson 5GC packet core, Cloud, Integration and troubleshooting expertise in the 5G Packet Core/4G packet Core, able to do analysis of traces and complex logs analysis for Packet Core Nodes (4G & 5G).
• 5G Core Product level knowledge- PCC (AMF/SMF), PCG ( UPF ) , SCP/BSF, CCPC ( PCF ) ,CCRC( NRF ) ,CCSM (AUSF/UDM )and CCDM ( UDR ).
• Proven e2e knowledge on the 5G core domain with participation in complex projects in E2E design delivery of 5G Core solution.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a core pillar of our technology offerings, the Salesforce CRM team delivers solutions on a range of technology platforms to improve how our clients collect customer data and use that to provide world class service to their customers. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a senior member of the Salesforce team and lead work done on any CRM projects from presales through to delivery and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be a thought leader in the CRM domain and have comprehensive knowledge of Service and Sales use cases in Salesforce

· Lead consultative engagements including workshops with customers on functional topics, business goals and challenges.

· Provide product and subject matter expertise to clients.

· Drive consultative engagements with clients on scopes from CRM strategy to implementation

· Use your business analysis skills to document comprehensive customer user stories, requirements and functional/technical overviews of solutions.

· Define detailed solutions based on customers’ business needs, current environment and solutions available within our skillset.

· Create and facilitate great presentations to customer stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds.

· Empower Clients to use the technology solutions we implement to their fullest potential by analysing current processes and proposing better ways to leverage all the features of their current technology

· Lead presales pursuits to win new work from proposal development, presentations to C-Suite stakeholders and estimation/pricing of projects

· Validate solutions and estimates produced by senior developers and technical architects.

· Play a lead role within the Salesforce team, comprised of a dynamic, shared pool of resources with a variety of Salesforce skillsets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 5+ years as a Solution Architect

· 5+ years with Salesforce core platforms (Sales, Service, Industry clouds)

· Comprehensive functional knowledge in CRM and wider marketing technology market

· Background in leading and driving implementations or large projects

· Experience in presales / pitch process

Preferred

· Experience/exposure to emerging Salesforce products such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry clouds is a plus

· Experience in a consulting environment

· Experience in large scale enterprise projects or Singapore government projects is a plus

Responsibilities

Our Solution Architects are key contributors to Tencent’s success on identifying business opportunities leveraging our products in question, presenting solutions and demonstrating value to meet customer needs, leading POC projects, implementation, and various initiatives that drive both customer satisfaction and product efficiency. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Articulating product features and differentiators to internal and external audiences, generating interests and answering product related questions
• Identifying customer needs and presenting product specific solutions in various business opportunities
• Drafting and presenting proposals to both the internal business teams and external partners on Tencent Cloud solutions and best practices leveraging relevant products as and when requested to address customer needs and requirements
• Tracking, monitoring, and contributing to the team efforts to resolve customer issues reported while using Tencent Cloud security and performance products.
• Working with global team members on international customer initiatives and projects, interacting effectively with stakeholders in your time zone and/or locations closer to your workplace.
• Identifying, assessing, mitigating risks arising from variety of situations including those that arise from dependencies between groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other related fields
• A minimum of 3 years project experience required on Internet and Cloud.
• Good knowledge and exposure about CDN, VOD, or cloud security, process and concepts, security event management, compliance and site performance
• Understand how the internet works, with reasonably deep knowledge about network protocols (IP, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP or web architecture)
• A good attitude and enthusiasm on learning and picking up new knowledge
• Good communication skills with an ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders including customers and partners.
• Be fluent in both local languages and English
